Start Point: National Trust pay and display car park (SD321999) marked by lower red arrow, if you haven’t got national trust membership there’s limited free car parking in lay-by, marked upper red arrow, at Yew Tree Tarn. This is found about 10 minutes walk from the main car park. There is a narrow path linking the two together.
Grade: Easy end of Moderate
